Our Story

After Michael Noone (Chef/Owner) exited the military in the late 1990s he settled in New Orleans, LA. and his culinary adventure began. Attending Culinary School at the Culinary Institute of New Orleans, Michael gained a true passion for cooking and remained in New Orleans, working at several restaurants and under several well known chefs. 

After many years in Louisiana Michael met Vanessa Tillis and relocated to Florida where he continued with his culinary endeavors. In mid 2019, 2 children later, he and Vanessa decided to combine their passion for food and family, and purchased Le Bon Temps as a family business venture, where they could showcase both their love of food, and the Louisiana culture.

All our food served on our food truck is inspired by flavors found in Louisiana. We are forever evolving and so is our menu. We use the freshest ingredients, including local produce, to create the most flavorful dishes for our customers to enjoy. Laissez le bon temps rouler!
